MRE Data Store Access

The MRE Data store consists of data of types:

  • archive -- for deprecated/obsolete files,
  • backup -- data backups,
  • cache -- persistent cache for data management, data processing, visualisation or other tasks;
  • income data -- data received from any of different sites/departments; must be de-identified before sending to MRE,
  • raw/source -- heterogeneous data stored as it was received,
  • RDF -- e.g. extracted metadata from any processed data (raw/result), user annotations, descriptions or notes,
  • result -- file data that were generated by any data processing task,
  • software -- stored applications/projects for data processing,
  • workdir -- working directory (or temporary cache) for acctualy running tasks,
  • outcome data -- data that will be send to a recipient sites/departments

User Acount

Access any of these data types requires an authorized member. Some of data types are accessible only by its owners (e.g. backup, cache), but you can grant access to some of them to other users.

If you are new to MRE project, there you can register. Accually, all accounts are manually validated and approved to complete registration.

Browse Data

Use Linked Data Browser to browse stored meta data.

Lists or Reports Data

Frequently used lists or reports can have pre-defined queries. Just use a proper link to get result.


  • To getting files (any), you may use previous Linked Data Browser to the proper data level you are interested in.
  • Look for a Download request button.
  • Wait for a data. You will be notified in the web application and email will be sent to you when requested data are prepared for download by you.
  • Use the link for data download.

Complex Requests and Query

The most powerfull approach for accessing data. You can use all query types -- ASK, CONSTRUCT, DESCRIBE and SELECT.

  • Used ontologies knowledge is needed.
  • You should be a familar with SPARQL for making queries.
  • When you wnat to download data, you can query for URI's and use Data Store API with these identificators.
